About Air Space Intelligence

ASI enables success for the world's most complex operations. From critical infrastructure to defense, we serve major airlines and U.S. and allied government organizations, providing our partners with a decision advantage from planning to operations. Backed by top-tier investors—including Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital, and Renegade Partners—we are boldly investing in R&D and growth to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

What you will do

We are looking for an operationally savvy and dynamic teammate to help manage and grow our Boston office. This person is a jack or jane of all trades, who will have a hand in a variety of efforts and projects. You will help create systems and processes to streamline our U.S. operational needs and will report directly to the Head of U.S. Operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Boston office and be the primary point of contact for facilities needs.

  • Manage vendors and service provider relationships and outputs where they contribute to business operations outcomes.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure members of the office have what they need to execute their mission.

  • Coordinate and manage customer VIP visits.

  • Assist in recruiting coordinating efforts and candidate onsite experience.

  • Plan and execute in-house or off-site team events.

  • Assist in people-related projects like new hire onboarding and employee experience.

  • Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable all team members to spend their time on what they do best.

What we value

  • A bias for action and a distinct aptitude for problem-solving.

  • A creative approach to project management centered around lightweight frameworks that are easy to maintain and enable rapid iteration.

  • Operational expertise and an ability to own outcomes to completion.

  • Recent or current U.S. Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security clearance.

  • In office, 5 days a week

How we hire

We view the interview process as a collaborative exploration, not a test. Our goal is to simulate what it would be like to work together and build a process that reflects you and your strengths.
