About the Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to sit at the critical intersection of R&D and Customer Success. In this role, you will ensure that customer needs directly inform product development, while enabling seamless delivery, deployment, and ongoing success in the field.

You’ll drive cross-functional programs that translate real-world customer challenges into prioritized R&D initiatives, ensuring our solutions are not only innovative—but operationally effective and customer-ready.

Location. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end programs connecting R&D, Product, and Customer Success
  • Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
  • Drive execution across hardware, software, and deployment workstreams

Voice of the Customer

  • Translate customer feedback, field insights, and support data into actionable requirements
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to identify recurring issues and opportunities
  • Ensure customer use cases are embedded into R&D prioritization and testing

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and decision-making across teams
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives

Deployment & Field Readiness

  • Ensure new products and features are ready for real-world environments
  • Partner on pilot programs, beta deployments, and customer rollouts
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to field performance, reliability, and usability

Process & Operational Excellence

  • Build and optimize processes for intake, prioritization, and program tracking
  • Establish dashboards and reporting for program health and outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement in how R&D and Customer Success collaborate

Issue Resolution & Escalation Management

  • Lead cross-functional response to critical customer issues impacting product performance
  • Coordinate root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution and communication

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or similar roles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer-facing teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and follow-through

Compensation

For U.S. Based candidates: To ensure fairness and transparency, the starting base salary range for this role for candidates in the U.S. are listed below, varying based on location experience, skills, and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, this role will also be offered equity and subsidized benefits (details available upon request).
