About the Role

Code Metal is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team, helping us run an efficient, well-organized hiring process while maintaining a high-touch experience for every candidate. This role is based in our Boston office, with an in-person presence required 2 days per week.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end coordination support to a team of recruiters, including scheduling and managing in-person, phone, and video interviews across global time zones.

  • Act as the main point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to keep the recruitment process smooth and professional.

  • Compile and manage interview feedback and briefing documents with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure timely, accurate updates within our applicant tracking system (Ashby).

  • Post job openings across internal and external platforms, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and brand standards.

  • Partner with recruiters to prepare offer proposals, secure approvals, and generate offer documentation.

  • Conduct pre-offer compliance checks to confirm all regulatory and internal requirements are met.

  • Build trusted relationships with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and executive assistants.

  • Use AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation platforms to improve scheduling efficiency, candidate communications, and overall recruiting operations.

  • Support the adoption and continuous improvement of recruitment automation, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and workflow management.

  • Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordination or Recruiting Operations role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.

  • Experience with Ashby ATS is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks quickly and accurately.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.

  • Strong digital literacy and adaptability to new technologies, automation platforms, and AI-enabled workflows.

  • Professional demeanor with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in continuous learning around AI, talent acquisition technology, and emerging HR innovations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
