HawkEye 360 is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of a critical US government program supporting an international partner. The Mission Management team provides program management support across the entire company and is responsible for the successful completion of external projects. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for executing critical US government funded support to an international partner, as well as additional foreign funded support to the partner nation. Reporting to the General Manager for Intelligence, the Senior Program Manager will interface with technical and business leads across the company, the US government sponsor, and the supported partner to ensure the success of this critical program. In addition, the Senior Program Manager will cultivate opportunities to provide additional sponsors for support to the partner nation to the HE360 international sales team.

HawkEye 360 is looking for a candidate with proven critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, keen attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills (clear, concise, quick, and-well organized) and be comfortable briefing complex material to senior audiences both in-person and virtually. This position is based in Northern Virginia, although exceptionally qualified candidates based overseas will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

As the Senior Program Manager - International Partner, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Ensure the successful execution of technical and schedule requirements in support of the partner nation.
  • Interact directly with the partner nation to understand their mission requirements.
  • Represent partner nation needs to the USG sponsor.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate additional opportunities to support the partner nation via additional USG and foreign funding sources.
  • Maintain close coordination with international sales team to develop additional foreign funding opportunities to the partner nation.
  • Ensure alignment across USG and international support efforts to support the partner nation.
  • Work closely with Solutions and Product teams to ensure HE360 capabilities align with partner nation mission needs.
  • Identify risks to mission success, mitigate, and proactively communicate with company leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Interface with COCOM elements to maintain support and advocacy for support to partner nation.
  • Travel up to 50% OCONUS in support of partner nation support, COCOM interaction, and international business development.
Your skills and qualifications:
Essential education and experience:
  • 10+ years of program management or intelligence analysis experience
  • Experience working directly with customers to apply commercial remote sensing data to meet specific mission needs.
  • M.S. or B.S. in engineering, business, social science, or other related field, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success in leading or supporting multidisciplinary project teams executing to a set time and budget.
  • Understanding of contracts.
  • Understanding of intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) operations
  • Understanding of COCOM structure, mission, and processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in professional and customer service settings.
  • TS/SCI clearance
Desirable:​​​​​​
  • Specific experience working with the partner nation and coalitions.
  • Experience in DoD or Department of State security cooperation programs and processes.
  • ELINT experience.
  • Experience in shaping commercial remote sensing products to meet tactical mission needs.
  • Experience in the US intelligence and/or defense-related communities; experience in multi-INT analysis or operations utilizing customer databases, platforms, and applications

Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 annually

HawkEye 360 offers a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and benefits. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate's work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations. We are also open to considering candidates with experience and qualifications at a different level than required in a job posting, which may affect the compensation package offered.
