HawkEye 360 is seeking a Vendor Relationship Manager to join our COO Team. Reporting to the COO, the VRM will be responsible for the life-cycle success of Hawkeye’s vendors and facilities. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.
As the Director, Facilities and Vendor Management, your main responsibilities will be:- Monitors vendor performance in accordance with contract and established performance measurements
- Assist in establishing master agreements and support special projects complex sourcing initiatives
- Manage assigned suppliers and provide oversight and governance of associated purchases
- Responsible for developing and delivering on the Outsourcing and Key Performance Indicators of operating plans/goals across vendors, clients, and multiple processes
- Collaborates with all segments of leadership responsible for process design and development, process monitoring, and policy and procedure development
- Participates in the preparation of the annual budget (both operating and capital) and implements the approved budget goals
- Ensuring compliance with the health and safety regulations, including fire safety and emergency procedures
- Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and grounds upkeep for all facilities
- Optimizes existing service delivery and technology to exceed operating goals including Customer Experience, Cash performance and overall efficiency
- Responsible for leadership of new building implementations including existing transitions and future implementations
- Vendor Relationship Managers must be good team players, working closely with colleagues across the organization in operations, quality, training, finance, procurement, to understand and meet the requirements and expectations of the business
- VRMs coordinate all vendor partner management tasks inclusive of working directly with external vendor partners internal cross - functional staff and leadership

Essential education and experience:
- A mix of technical, operational, and programmatic wherewithal sufficient to own all vendor management processes.
- Proven critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, keen attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work collaboratively with other teams (internal and external) to understand, articulate, and adjudicate capabilities, requirements, competing demands, resource constraints, and near/medium/long-term priorities.
- Experience with data analysis tools, industry data sources, Microsoft Office tools and applicable business software
- Minimum ten years of management experience, including five years as a manager
- Provide oversight of vendors across the company
- Serve as relationship lead for vendors across the company, including acting as the primary point of contact for escalation of operational issues for vendors
- Ensure appropriate oversight documentation is developed, maintained, updated and accessible
- Liaise with Procurement and Accounts Payable
- Graduate degree (non-technical or technical) or Leadership certificate
- Current PMP or CAPM
- Experience managing programs, contract deliverables and service level agreements
