UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable.

Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.

UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.

About the role

UFORCE is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an IT Operations Engineer to help keep our people productive, secure and properly equipped across our remote EU / UK workforce.

You'll own day-to-day IT support, user lifecycle operations, hardware asset management, endpoint administration and identity support, working closely with IT, People, Security and operational stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, employee-facing role with real impact on how UFORCE scales. You'll solve practical IT problems, improve onboarding and offboarding reliability, strengthen device and access hygiene, and help build repeatable IT operations processes.

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping users, brings structure to ambiguous operational environments, and wants the autonomy to improve how IT support works as the company grows.

What you'll do

  • Own first-tier IT support across Slack, Notion, jira tickets and calls.

  • Triage, resolve, route and escalate employee IT requests clearly and efficiently.

  • Support macOS and iOS devices, including setup, troubleshooting, replacement, updates and MDM enrollment.

  • Help administer and improve MDM workflows, device compliance, disk encryption, Device Trust and endpoint hygiene.

  • Support identity and access management through Okta or similar platforms, including groups, entitlements, SSO, SAML, SCIM, provisioning and deprovisioning.

  • Onboarding and offboarding of new starters and leavers

  • Own and improve hardware asset tracking across laptops, accessories, repairs, replacements, returns, storage and repurposing.

  • Create and maintain self-service troubleshooting guides and internal IT documentation.

  • Work with IT, People, Security and operational stakeholders to reduce recurring support friction.

  • Help evaluate and improve IT operations tooling, asset management processes and vendor workflows for EU / UK hardware support.

Required Skills

  • Experience in IT operations, IT support, service desk, endpoint administration, workplace technology or a similar role.

  • Strong first-tier IT support skills, including request triage, user communication, escalation judgement and SLA awareness.

  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft, macOS and iOS devices in a business environment.

  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Google Meet, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, Notion request forms or similar systems.

  • Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf or similar tools.

  • Working knowledge of identity and access management platforms such as Okta or similar systems.

  • Understanding of SSO, SAML, SCIM, access provisioning, deprovisioning and least-privilege access principles.

  • Experience tracking or managing hardware assets across assignment, return, repair, replacement, repurposing or disposal.

  • Ability to create and improve support documentation, troubleshooting guides, operational checklists and repeatable processes.

  • Security-minded approach to IT operations, including device compliance, access reviews, admin privileges, credential handling and offboarding risk.

  • Clear, empathetic communication style and a practical, service-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a remote-first, distributed, fast-growing, SaaS, technology, startup or scaleup environment.

  • Experience with AV or video conferencing troubleshooting.

  • Experience introducing or improving asset management software.

  • Experience working with EU / UK hardware vendors, storage, repairs, returns and replacement workflows.

The nature of combat has changed.

Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability.

And UFORCE is ready.
