UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable.
Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.
UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.
About the role
UFORCE is looking for a Product Manager to build a system that brings a unit’s combat operations data into one place, replacing disconnected tools and manual reconciliation.
You’ll own the product from initial scope to daily use in pilot units, aligning delivery across two engineering teams and keeping the user experience consistent.
What you’ll do
Define the first-version scope and roadmap, making clear trade-offs between operational needs and engineering capacity.
Lead discovery with operational users and turn field observations into focused product workflows.
Coordinate delivery across teams, aligning product logic, integrations, priorities, and decision ownership.
Partner with engineering and QA to ship usable increments, maintain a reliable release cycle, and validate workflows under degraded connectivity.
Establish simple metrics for adoption, delivery predictability, and field-feedback cycle time.
Close feedback loops with units, R&D, and School, and guide inbound integrations with C2 systems such as Delta, TAK, and Kernos.
Required Skills
5+ years in product management, including at least two products taken from zero to sustained use by non-technical operational users.
Experience defining and holding scope under competing stakeholder demands.
Experience owning a product delivered by multiple teams and influencing decisions without formal authority.
Strong discovery skills and experience building practical product measurement from scratch.
Ability to work through technical dependencies with engineering and communicate clearly with operational stakeholders.
Fluent Ukrainian and Upper-intermediate English.
A plus: defence or mission-critical software experience; military, planning, or UAV/USV operator background; familiarity with C2 systems, telemetry, or MAVLink; experience with offline-first products or degraded connectivity.
What success looks like
A clear first-version scope and shared cross-team delivery plan within the first month.
A roadmap and practical metrics in place within two months.
A working end-to-end slice used by a pilot unit within three months, with a reliable release cycle and a completed field-feedback loop.
Within the first year, the product is in daily use in pilot units, works coherently across modules, and supports critical workflows under degraded connectivity.
The nature of combat has changed.
Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability.
And UFORCE is ready.
