Title: Communications (PR & AR) Contractor | Reporting to: Head of Marketing | Location: SF Bay Area or Remote, US-based | Hours: Part-time, up to 10 hours/week (6-month contract)About Vorlon: Agentic Ecosystem Security Platform securing AI agents, SaaS apps, APIs, and integrations; maps data flows, identities, and integrations for visibility, forensics, and remediation.Summary: Support PR and AR activities in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:- Public Relations: Execute PR strategies, draft press releases/media briefs, develop thought leadership stories/bylines, build media relationships, arrange interviews- Analyst Relations: Prepare briefings/presentations, coordinate meetings and follow-ups with analysts- Content Creation: Collaborate on content for social, newsletters, website- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor coverage and reports; provide updates- Event Coordination: Organize press/analyst meetings and logisticsRequirements:- Bachelor’s in Communications/Marketing/PR/Journalism or related- Proven PR/AR experience, preferably in cybersecurity or agency- Strong writing/editing; excellent organizational skills; strong interpersonal skills; knowledge of cybersecurity trends and PR/AR techniques.
