Responsibilities- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, addressing technical concerns.- Collaborate to understand business needs and tailor solutions using the product.- Conduct product demos and training sessions; onboard new customers.- Troubleshoot issues; liaise with product development; ensure timely resolution.- Monitor usage and health metrics; identify risks and expansion opportunities.- Gather and relay customer feedback; stay updated on product features.- Develop technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.- Collaborate with sales and product teams across pre- and post-sales.- Advocate for customers and improve the customer success process. Qualifications- Experience in technical support or customer success for a SaaS product.- Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting ability.- Excellent written and verbal communication.- Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and integrations.- Problem-solving, customer-centric mindset; cross-functional collaboration.- Knowledge of customer success tools; proactive approach; Bachelor’s in a technical field or equivalent experience.
