Location: SF Bay Area or Remote, US-based Vorlon is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Engineer to enhance marketing initiatives with deep technical expertise in presenting and demonstrating cybersecurity products. This role develops technical content and tools that effectively communicate product value to technical and non-technical audiences. Vorlon provides visibility, forensics, and remediation to stop threats before they spread. The agentic ecosystem security market is rapidly growing as AI, identity, and SaaS risk converge. Responsibilities- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and product overviews for sales, customer visits, and trade shows.- Create technical documentation, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.- Create/manage demo environments for sales calls, trade shows, webinars.- Provide technical insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.- Collaborate with product/engineering to understand features and roadmap.- Create training materials/tools for sales; support product launches.- Conduct competitive analysis; assist with messaging tests and optimization.- Design/participate in webinars, technical workshops, and trade shows; serve as technical spokesperson for analyst/press briefings.- Provide market feedback to guide product development. Qualifications- 4+ years in technical marketing within cybersecurity, or practitioner experience (analyst, incident responder, etc.) aiming to move into technical product marketing.- Deep understanding of rules, laws, regulations, and cybersecurity frameworks influencing customer strategies.- Proven technical content creation and presentation skills; strong grasp of cybersecurity products and customer needs.- Excellent communication/presentation; degree not required with commensurate experience; veterans with cybersecurity background encouraged to apply.
